Public space notification

  • Is your complaint about something that’s broken on the street, have you spotted litter, or are you experiencing a nuisance? Please report it. Reports may, for example, concern litter, pollution, green spaces, obstacles on the road, broken lampposts, traffic, nuisance, graffiti, housing fraud or businesses that do not comply with environmental regulations. By submitting a report, you let us know what the issue is and where it is located. This enables us to take action.

You will always receive confirmation of receipt once you have submitted your complaint.
We will contact you by telephone within 5 working days to discuss the matter in more detail and how to proceed. We always try to resolve your complaint directly with you in the first instance. If this is successful and you are satisfied, the complaint is then closed. Otherwise, the relevant municipal department will carry out a further investigation and you will receive a written response.
