The municipality of Apeldoorn offers you, as an entrepreneur, a wide range of commercial plots, varying in size, type of business, environmental categories and price ranges.
Commercial plots
If you express an interest in a plot, we will assess whether you meet the criteria and whether your business activities are compatible with those of the plot, and whether, if necessary, your business activities can be adapted accordingly. Whilst this assessment is ongoing, we will not enter into discussions with any other parties regarding the plot in question.
Municipal commercial plots for rent in Apeldoorn
We distinguish between the following categories of plots:
Not yet available: This plot or site is currently under development and is not yet on the market.
Available: This plot is for sale.
Reserved: This plot is reserved until the date indicated. There are two types of reservation:
- Standard reservation: the reservation is free of charge for the first four months. After that, the reservation expires, the property is put up for sale, or the reservation is extended subject to a reservation fee. This extension is for a maximum of six months.
- Tailored reservation: on the basis of economic, financial or social interests, the local authority may opt for a tailored arrangement. In that case, the reservation is free of charge for the first six months. After that, the reservation will lapse, the property will be put up for sale, or the reservation will be extended subject to a reservation fee. This extension is for a maximum of six months.
Contract phase: The booking results in a sales agreement. The contract phase is the period required to draw up and finalise the contracts.
Sold: The local authority has sold the plot. The new owner of the land is named.
