Have you received notification that your travel document (passport or ID card) or driving licence is ready? Then drop by during opening hours, without appointment. Do sign in at the ticket kiosk at the entrance.

Appointment cancellation or modification

Once you have made an appointment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Using the link in this mail, you can cancel or change the appointment.
