1. Approval of the minutes of 26 May 2026

The minutes were approved without amendment.

2. Administrative agreement with the COA regarding the emergency accommodation facility at Waleweingaarde 103 in Apeldoorn

Proposal from the Social Development Policy Department:

    1. Adoption and conclusion of the ‘Administrative Agreement concerning the establishment of an emergency accommodation facility at Waleweingaarde 103 in Apeldoorn’ with the COA, setting out the terms and duration of the emergency accommodation

    Decision: The council decides in accordance with the proposal.

    Councillor Biharie has stated that she does not support the provision of emergency accommodation at this location.
