How can you see which changes have been suggested or made?

There are various ways in which you can view the proposed or adopted amendments to the Environmental Plan:

  1. Via the (draft) decision published in the Municipal Gazette
The changes to the text of the environmental plan can be found here. Added text is underlined and highlighted in green, or has a green border. Deleted text is struck through and highlighted in red, or has a red border.

    • The changes to the maps can be found in Annex II, which is available in the left-hand margin.
    • Appendix B contains PDF attachments, including the council proposal, the council decision and, where applicable, the statement of views and/or the participation report.
    • The reasons for the decision can be found below. This section provides further information on the background to the changes and how they have been assessed against policy, legislation and regulations. It also explains how public participation was handled.
  2. Via Rules on the map
You can check this website to see which regulations apply at a particular location. Under ‘Regulations on the map’, you will find several amendment and draft decisions. The correct version, corresponding to the (draft) decision, can be found via the (draft) decision in the Municipal Gazette. You will find the relevant link at the bottom of the left-hand sidebar under ‘Omgevingsloket’. The articles that have been amended are marked with ‘amended’ under the “Rules” tab. The changes to the maps can be found under the “Appendices” tab in Appendix II.

The above does not apply to adopted TAM environmental plans. You can access the regulations and the map, together with the accompanying documents for these plans, directly via the link in the notice. This can be found in the left-hand sidebar under ‘spatial plan’.
