How does the application process work?

With a ‘Open Data Request‘Please complete a form with the required details. An information product will be created on this basis. Whilst this application is being processed, we will assess whether the content of the product complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This is the regulation that standardises the rules governing the processing of personal data by private companies and public authorities throughout the European Union.

It is important to note that data must not be collected without a precise description of the purpose for which it will be used. Furthermore, there must be a valid reason for processing personal data.
It is appropriate to make the data publicly available, and a decision may be taken, in consultation with the client, to publish the data on the Data Portal.
