For business owners (own business page and eHerkenning)

With eHerkenning, you, as a business owner, can conduct business securely with the local council. eHerkenning is available at various levels of assurance. The City of Apeldoorn uses assurance level 3 for most forms. This also allows you to deal with many other government bodies.

eIDAS

‘eIDAS stands for ‘Electronic Identification and Trust Services’. Under eIDAS, the European Member States have agreed to use the same terminology, levels of assurance and shared digital infrastructure. One aspect of the regulation is the cross-border use of European-recognised means of authentication.’ It is already possible to use your DigiD to carry out transactions in other countries.
