Arranging a licence

Apply for or cancel parking permits, and change the registration number on your current parking permit.

Change the active number plate on your permit. Log in using your unique registration number and PIN. You will receive these when you add an additional number plate to your current parking permit.

Apply for a visitor permit

To enable your visitors to park. The scheme comes into effect immediately and you will straight away receive a unique registration number with a PIN code to register and deregister your visitors.

Registering and deregistering your vehicle number plate with the visitor scheme. You log in using your unique registration number and PIN. You will receive these when you apply for the visitor scheme.
