House Rules

A number of house rules apply at the various locations within the municipality of Apeldoorn. We expect both visitors and staff to adhere to these house rules. Anyone who fails to do so may be asked to leave the premises.

  • Are you satisfied? We’d love to hear from you. We’d also welcome any suggestions you might have on how we can improve.
  • Guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted; other dogs and (pet) animals are not.
  • Alcohol, drugs and smoking are prohibited in this building.
  • Food and drink are only permitted in the designated areas.
  • Please obtain prior permission from security and your interviewee(s) before making any video or audio recordings in this building.
