Subject: Unsolicited advice regarding a drop-in centre for the homeless

Dear Council,

As you are aware, we have been in discussions with your officials regarding the Action Plan on Homelessness for some time now (in fact, for years).

One of the issues which, in our view, is of the utmost urgency is the establishment of a drop-in centre.

As far as we are aware, no real progress has been made to date, which is a cause of great concern to us.

We would advise you to exercise your authority to ensure that the project can be implemented in the near future.
