1. Approval of the minutes of 14 July 2026

2. Progress on the Energy Ambition: Energy Monitor 2026

Proposal from the Environmental Policy Department:

1. To approve the attached letter to the municipal council, which outlines the progress made towards the energy ambition and provides an explanation of the 2026 online energy monitor (for the period up to and including 2024).

Decision:

Decision: The Executive Committee decides in accordance with the proposal, subject to the inclusion of editorial amendments.

3. Section III – Reply to Mr P.’s email regarding the Beemte Broekland solar parks

Proposal from the Projects, Programmes and Interim Management Department:

1. To approve the attached letter from the council in response to the email dated 5 June 2026 sent to the municipal council by Mr P., a resident living in the immediate vicinity of Zonnepark Werler.

Decision:

The council decides in accordance with the proposal.

4. Response to written questions from the VVD regarding the designation of the Hertzberger building as a national monument
