Are you planning to carry out building work, renovation or retrofitting insulation, and is your property located within the built-up areas of Apeldoorn or Ugchelen? If so, you can apply to the municipality of Apeldoorn for authorisation to participate in the SMP.
Are you a property developer or a homeowners’ association? If so, you can apply for authorisation by emailing smp@apeldoorn.nl. Please state in your email which site is involved and what work is to be carried out.
- Please complete the application form.
- We will email you the environmental working protocol for your information and signature.
- Once agreement has been reached, the homeowner signs the environmental work protocol.
- Please return the signed environmental working protocol to us via mijnapeldoorn.nl (My Account).
- We will draw up an authorisation for you. You will be notified when the authorisation is ready. You can then view the authorisation via myapeldoorn.co.uk (my affairs). Once the authorisation has been received, the work can be carried out.
