You can register with the notary firm Blankhart and Bronkhorst Notaries using the registration form under ‘Documents’. Registration opens on Monday 10 February 2025 at 9.00 am and closes on Monday 3 March 2025 at 12.00 noon.
For the registration process, the current zoning and further specifications will be decisive in the final allocation. Businesses directly adjacent to the commercial plot will also be given priority. If there are multiple applications that meet the registration criteria, a draw will be held.
