Land Prices Letter

The Land Price Letter is an annual update to the Land Price Policy Memorandum. This memorandum was revised and adopted by the municipal council in August 2022. The Land Price Policy Memorandum sets out the policy regarding land sale prices for land ready for development. The Memorandum states that it is desirable to review the prices annually and, where necessary, to adjust them in line with changing market conditions. The methodology used to determine land prices is set out in the Land Price Policy Memorandum and remains unchanged.
