You can apply for your collection permit online no later than 3 weeks in advance. It takes 2 weeks to process your application. We will send you a letter setting out our decision.

- National organisations affiliated to the CBF which collect donations in accordance with the CBF collection timetable. You must let us know if you wish to make use of the allocated collection period. You can do this via apvvergunningen@apeldoorn.nl.
- Local associations and charities that collect donations in one of the city districts or villages.
- For private collections.
When did you well Do I need a licence?
- National organisations whose collection is not scheduled in the CBF’s collection timetable. You must be registered with the CBF.
- Local associations and charities wishing to hold fundraising events in several neighbourhoods or villages.
Terms and Conditions
- Collectors must be able to provide proof of identity
- Fundraisers must be at least 16 years old
- Are you a private individual organising a charity event? If so, you must include a letter of consent from the charity with your application.
One-off licence: €22.70.
