By completing this application, you declare that:
- you are familiar with the terms and conditions of the ‘Future-Proof Living’ loan;
- you are familiar with the SVn’s terms and conditions (including the fact that SVn will carry out a BKR credit check).
- You are aware that we may withdraw the loan commitment in whole or in part if one or more of the conditions set out in the municipal by-law are not met;
- the work for which you are applying for the loan has not yet started;
- the new fixtures and fittings are installed in the property in accordance with the relevant planning permission;
- that you do not commence work until the building and/or listed building consent has been definitively granted;
- the annexes attached to the application form form an integral part of this application;
- grant access to a municipal employee (or someone acting on behalf of the municipality) who is responsible for carrying out inspections.

You can Loan for future-proof housing use if you are implementing measures to save energy and make your home suitable for all stages of life at the same time. By offering all loans for home improvements under a single scheme, you no longer need to work out which loan is suitable for your housing needs or submit multiple applications if you wish to adapt your home.
The measures eligible under this scheme are:
- Energy
- Lifetime suitability
- Foundation repair
- Asbestos removal
Any investment in ‘age-proof housing’, ‘asbestos removal’ or ‘foundation repair’ must always be combined with one energy-saving or energy-generating measure.
A subsidy ceiling of €550,000.00 has been set for this scheme for the year 2026. Once this ceiling has been reached, the application will be rejected.
Please note! This is the ‘Future-Proof Living’ loan for private individuals. There is also a Future-proof housing loan for owners’ associations.
