Submitting a report is quick and easy. You can use the online reporting system to explain what the issue is and where the problem is located. You can also add a photo to illustrate the situation.
Tip: Always check the report card Before you submit a report. There you can see whether your report has already been logged. Is it already listed? If so, you do not need to submit a new report.
Your report will be dealt with as soon as possible. Sometimes we include certain reports in a schedule to be carried out at a later date. Examples include removing weeds from the street or mowing the grass. For reports that are particularly urgent, we take immediate action. For example, in dangerous situations such as a pothole or a manhole cover that has been knocked off.
In situations requiring immediate action, or in the event of faults outside opening hours that need to be resolved quickly, you can always call us. Examples include a pothole, water on the street, problems with the pressure sewer system or a major fault with the street lighting.
Use the Zo Gemeld app to easily submit a report, add photos and track its status.
Apeldoorn Council only processes reports submitted via ‘Zo Gemeld’. Reports submitted via other apps, such as BuitenBeter or Fixi, will not be processed.
