Public space notification

Have you noticed anything amiss in a public space? For example, a loose paving stone, litter on the street, a blocked drain or graffiti. You can report this to the council. Together, we can keep Apeldoorn clean, safe and tidy.

Report an incident online

Submitting a report is quick and easy. You can use the online reporting system to explain what the issue is and where the problem is located. You can also add a photo to illustrate the situation.

Tip: Always check the report card Before you submit a report. There you can see whether your report has already been logged. Is it already listed? If so, you do not need to submit a new report.

In situations requiring immediate action, or in the event of faults outside opening hours that need to be resolved quickly, you can always call us. Examples include a pothole, water on the street, problems with the pressure sewer system or a major fault with the street lighting.

  1. Call 14 055 and dial 1;
  2. Enter your phone number;
  3. You will be called back as soon as possible.

Tip

Use the Zo Gemeld app to easily submit a report, add photos and track its status.

Apeldoorn Council only processes reports submitted via ‘Zo Gemeld’. Reports submitted via other apps, such as BuitenBeter or Fixi, will not be processed.
