Here’s what you’ll be doing
As part of the IT Infrastructure team, you will work on our hybrid IT landscape, focusing on availability, performance, development and security. This forms the basis for all digital operations within our organisation. Within this professional team, you will be part of the Security Operations Cluster (SOC).

In practical terms, this means that you:

• The most significant technological developments are taking place in the field of ICT security.
• Implements technical IT security measures and carries out security updates to systems and networks.
• Selects and implements security tools.
• Monitors the technical security measures for ICT and assesses ICT security risks.
• The department is responsible for reporting on and implementing the security measures set out in policy.
• The department is responsible for carrying out the security tests required for projects or (external) audits.

Things to bring with you
Je hebt twee tot drie jaar ervaring als Security Specialist en spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. Je bent in staat om op een prettige en effectieve manier te communiceren en samen te werken met jouw collega’s. Je hebt een uitstekend analytisch vermogen, neemt initiatief en levert altijd kwaliteit, ook onder tijdsdruk Je hebt een positieve houding en weet je collega’s te inspireren en te motiveren. Je haalt en brengt feedback op (je) functioneren. Jouw hoge mate van zelfredzaamheid maakt dat je goed in staat bent zelfstandig te werken en initiatief te nemen. Je flexibiliteit is hoog en je bent bereid om te werken buiten kantoortijden, in het weekend en in de avond, inclusief wacht- en storingsdiensten. In addition:

• Do you have a higher vocational education (HBO) level of working and thinking?.
• Do you have a broad specialist knowledge of information security in IT infrastructures?
• Do you ideally hold valid information security certifications (such as eJPT, OSCP, CPTS or SSCP), or are you willing to obtain such certifications?.
• Ben je bereid om minimaal twee dagen per week op het stadhuis in Apeldoorn te werken en woon je bij voorkeur in de in de buurt van Apeldoorn.
• If you have experience as a participant and/or co-organiser of ethical hacking events such as Capture The Flag (CTF), this would be an advantage.

Here’s what we offer you

• A gross monthly salary of at least €3,568 (entry-level scale 9) and at most €5,624 (functional scale 10) based on a 36-hour week;
• An Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 17,45% on top of your salary. You can use this, for example, for:
  • Extra income by having it paid out.  
  • Buying extra holiday hours.

• 201.6 holiday hours based on a 36-hour week;
