Protocol cameratoezicht 2024

Op deze locatie is 24-uurs cameratoezicht. Het college van B&W van de gemeente Apeldoorn is verantwoordelijk voor het opnemen van beelden, waarop ook u mogelijk te zien bent.

Het doel van het cameratoezicht  is om de veiligheid en gezondheid rondom de locaties te beschermen, om de toegang te beveiligen, om eigendommen te beschermen en incidenten vast te leggen.

Het cameratoezicht is toegestaan omdat de gemeente Apeldoorn moet zorgen voor de veiligheid op de Gemeentelijke Opvanglocaties Oekraïne voor bewoners en personeel. Bovendien mag de gemeente Apeldoorn  haar eigendommen beschermen. Dit zijn zogenaamde ˊgerechtvaardigde belangenˊ.

De camerabeelden worden twee weken bewaard en daarna automatisch overschreven. Beelden kunnen langer bewaard worden als er een incident gebeurt. Bij incidenten kunnen de beelden gedeeld worden met derden (zoals de politie of een rechter).

Alle informatie is vastgelegd in een cameraprotocol. Het cameraprotocol ligt ook ter inzage bij de balie van de locatie coördinator.

На цьому об’єкті запроваджено цілодобове відеоспостереження. Виконавча рада муніципалітету Апелдорна відповідає за відеозаписи, на яких також можете бути присутні й ви.

Метою відеоспостереження є захист здоров’я та безпеки на об’єктах, убезпечення доступу, захист майна та фіксація інцидентів.

Відеоспостереження дозволено, оскільки муніципалітет Апелдорна повинен забезпечити безпеку мешканців та персоналу Муніципального центру для прийому біженців з України. Крім того, муніципалітет Апелдорна має право захищати свою власність. Це так звані «виправдані інтереси».

Записи з камер зберігаються протягом двох тижнів, а потім автоматично перезаписуються. Зображення можуть зберігатися довше, якщо трапиться інцидент. У разі виникнення інцидентів записи можуть бути передані третім особам (наприклад, поліції чи судді).

Camera surveillance protocol 2024

There is 24-hour camera surveillance at this location. The Municipal Executive of the Municipality of Apeldoorn is responsible for recording footage, on which you may also appear.

The purpose of camera surveillance is to protect the health and safety in and around the locations, secure access, protect properties and to record incidents.

Camera surveillance is allowed because the Municipality of Apeldoorn has to ensure security at the Municipal Reception Centres for Ukrainians for residents and staff. Moreover, the Municipality of Apeldoorn is entitled to protect its properties. These are so-called ‘justified interests’.

Camera footage is kept for two weeks and then automatically overwritten. In the event of an incident, footage may be stored longer. If an incident occurs, the footage may be shared with third parties (such as the police or a judge).

All information is documented in a camera surveillance protocol. The camera surveillance protocol is also available from the location coordinator.
