Announced demonstration at the roundabout in De Maten 9 May allowed until 8pm

Another demonstration against the emergency shelter on Waleweingaarde, at the roundabout in De Maten, has been announced on social media for 9 May. According to the announcement, the demonstration will begin at 7.00 pm.

The municipality of Apeldoorn values the right to demonstrate. The demonstration may take place on 9 May until 8.00 pm, so as to take into account the quality of life in the surrounding neighbourhoods.

To ensure the safety of demonstrators, bystanders and road users, the roundabout will be temporarily closed to traffic during the demonstration.
