Marshoeve Redevelopment

In 2025, the municipal council adopted the development framework. A partner selection process was then launched to find a private-sector partner capable of developing a plan for the site. This selection process has now been completed and has resulted in the identification of a preferred partner.

Information session on 23 June

We believe it is important to involve the residents of Loenen in the plans at an early stage. That is why we are organising an information meeting at which the selected party will get to know the village and present an initial vision for the potential development of the site.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions and to share ideas, requests and points for consideration for the next stage.

What happens next?

A consultation process will follow, led by the selected project developer; residents of Loenen will receive an invitation from the project developer. The timetable for this has not yet been announced.
