The former primary school at Hoenderloseweg 4 in Ugchelen is set for a new lease of life. De Goede Woning is to redevelop the site into 17 social housing flats.
The local development plan was adopted at the end of 2024. On 31 December 2024, the municipality of Apeldoorn transferred the land to De Goede Woning. De Goede Woning will apply for planning permission and will then begin construction of the 17 social housing units.
