Property division

Do you have a spacious property and would you like to divide it into two separate homes?

Within built-up areas:

  • The original property is at least 150 m²
  • Each new home is at least 55 m²
  • Sufficient outdoor space and parking facilities are required

Outside built-up areas:

  • The (company) property may be divided into a maximum of two parts
  • The total floor area of the dwellings must not exceed the maximum floor area of the plot to be developed
  • The character of the building must be preserved
  • The cultural-historical and characteristic value must not be compromised
  • The division must not cause any hindrance to neighbouring (agricultural) businesses.
