NIKA Grant Scheme
The NIKA grant scheme has been established to provide financial support for large-scale new housing developments that meet the NIKA criteria and in which the housing on offer is affordable (70%). One of the conditions of the scheme is that the development must take place within the city centre, within the municipal boundaries of Apeldoorn. This map shows the boundaries of the city centre area.
