View the Environmental Plan

The Environment Act came into force on 1 January 2024. From that date onwards, all applicable local development plans, together with the ‘dowry’, form a single (temporary) environmental plan. This environmental plan can be consulted online via the national Omgevingsloket under the tab Rules on the map and displays the rules that apply at a location on a map.

You can find municipal plans that are currently available for public inspection and on which you can still comment via the view page from the municipality of Apeldoorn.

For a paper copy, please complete the contact form or send a letter to PO Box 9033, 7300 ES Apeldoorn, for the attention of the Environmental Law and Planning Permits Department of Apeldoorn Municipal Council. Please specify in the contact form or letter which local plan or amendment to the environmental plan you are referring to. A copy will then be sent to you by post.

Please note: There are costs involved. These costs can be quite high, as paper versions are voluminous. In the case of an amendment to a local development plan, you can only receive the text; we are unable to print a separate plan map.

Viewing the environmental plan via the national Omgevingsloket website or at the counter of the Apeldoorn Omgevingsloket is free of charge. The costs for receiving a paper copy of a zoning plan / environmental plan are:
