If the construction or demolition work takes place in the evening or at night, or on Sundays or public holidays, and/or if the noise limits set out in the Building Works and Living Environment Decree are exceeded, you must submit a request for a bespoke regulation.
Apply for a bespoke regulation at least 3 weeks before the planned start of the works. To ensure the application process runs smoothly, we recommend that you discuss it in advance with the designated supervisor from the Prevention, Supervision and Enforcement Department.
The application form can be submitted online via www.omgevingswet.overheid.nl. Search for ‘customised regulations’ within the activities section. Please state the reference number of the relevant planning permission and/or demolition notification. Please also attach the completed form below to your application.
Application for a bespoke noise nuisance regulation (PDF, 253 kB)
You must report any potential noise nuisance caused by (maintenance) work on infrastructure, such as roads and railways, to the local authority. You must do this at least four weeks before the work begins.
Als u een besloten feest geeft en u heeft geen evenementenvergunning nodig (zie hiervoor Evenementenvergunning | Apeldoorn) maar u gaat wel versterkt geluid ten gehore brengen bijvoorbeeld bij een DJ of een live optreden, dan moet u daarvoor een ontheffing aanvragen. De kosten hiervoor bedragen in 2026 €115,94 euro.

Organiseert u als café, restaurant, sportaccommodatie, recreatiebedrijf of buurthuis een (besloten) feest of activiteit? Dan dient u hiervoor een melding te doen Kennisgeving incidentele festiviteit | Apeldoorn
