Lease award: 1-year lease

On this page you will find the plots of (agricultural) land available for let for one year. The plots of (agricultural) land available for let consist of one or more cadastral parcels and are referred to as ‘clusters’. A single lease or tenancy agreement is drawn up for each cluster.

The municipality of Apeldoorn is working towards future-proof agriculture. At the end of 2023, the municipal council adopted the Agriculture Action Plan. One of the action points is to make the agricultural land leased by the municipality of Apeldoorn more sustainable. The allocation of these clusters is therefore subject to basic conditions regarding land use, which must make a positive contribution to soil health, biodiversity and water quality.

Term

The agreements will come into effect on 1 February 2026 and will run until 31 October 2026.

Under ‘Documents’, you will find the key information about the clusters available for lease or rent. This includes the application criteria, the application form and the model agreements.

The registration procedure

Interested parties may submit the fully completed registration form, including the appendix, from 9.00 am on Monday 12 January 2026 until 12.00 noon on Friday 16 January 2026 to Blankhart & Bronkhorst Netwerk Notarissen at Wolterbeeklaan 3, 7361 ZD, Beekbergen.

You must be physically present for this and will receive a certificate of registration afterwards. You must be able to provide proof of identity to the notary when registering.

By registering, you confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions of registration.

Draw

If there are several valid applicants for a cluster, the allocation will be decided by a draw. The draw will take place on Thursday 20 January 2026. You will be notified personally of the outcome of the draw by email.
