You can submit an application or make changes online. The application and amendment form states at the bottom which documents you need to attach to your application or amendment. You can then upload the completed and signed application or amendment form from the central government, together with the required attachments, and submit them to the local authority via the digital form.
Before submitting your operating licence application, please check the following:
- whether the site complies with the applicable provisions of the environmental plan;
- whether permits are required for new-builds, renovations or the fire-safe use of a building.
