Grant utilisation and deadline

There are certain costs that you are not permitted to charge. These are:

  • Costs for food and/or drink, unless these expenses are necessary to prevent exclusion and/or to achieve the aim of the initiative.
  • Fixed costs relating to accommodation and the management and maintenance of property.
  • Expenditure in the form of a financial allowance for volunteers.
  • Unnecessary or excessive costs.

Grant period

The council awards grants for a maximum of three years. If you require funding for longer than this, we ask that you look for other sources of funding. The initiative broker can advise you on this.
