To be eligible for a grant, the following conditions apply:
- You are a non-profit organisation operating in the North and East Gelderland region.
- Your organisation has experience and expertise in supporting sex workers.
- Your staff members who run the programme have relevant training and experience in providing support to sex workers. People with lived experience may also be involved.
- Your organisation carries out all the activities set out in the scheme.
- Your organisation complies with the provisions of data protection legislation (GDPR).
- You must submit a progress report twice a year.
You should report any suspicions of human trafficking to the relevant authorities (such as Moviera or AVIM).
Applications for the grant can be submitted from 3 November to 17 November 2025.
Applications are made via the online form at the top of this page. The questions asked in this form together form the Action Plan. A separate document is therefore not required.
Among other things, the form asks for:
- The target group of sex workers and how to reach them.
- The activities carried out.
- Previous experience and future plans.
- A budget in which costs and activities are clearly linked.
Applications are assessed on the basis of quality, experience and costs. If the number of applications exceeds the budget, the grant will be allocated on the basis of pre-determined criteria.
Are you a sex worker and would you like to leave the industry? Or do you know someone who is looking for help?
The exit programme offers support in a safe and accessible way. Please contact the council’s general helpline on 14 055. Ask for the exit programme for sex workers.
