There are several ways to request a copy of a certificate or an extract relating to an event that took place in the municipality of Apeldoorn:
Online
If you apply online, you pay directly via the internet and the extract will be sent to you by post within 7 working days.
In writing
Please send the application on your firm’s official letterhead to PO Box 9033, 7300 ES Apeldoorn. In the letter, you must explain the reason for the application (for example, legal proceedings) for which the information is required. You must also enclose any supporting documents.
If you submit a written request, the extract will be sent to you by post within 3 weeks (following receipt of your request) and you will receive an invoice.
A copy or extract from a civil registry record costs €17.80.
A fee is charged for requests for a copy or extract. This applies even if we decide not to provide it to you on the grounds of suspected misuse or an incorrect request, for example in the case of an event that did not take place in the municipality of Apeldoorn.
