If there are any changes to your circumstances, this may affect your benefit. This includes changes to your financial, personal, housing or living situation, such as:
- You have found a (part-time) job
- You have found a volunteering opportunity
- You wish to stop receiving your benefit
- You have received a single donation or a total of several donations amounting to more than €1,200.
- Your assets have changed
- Someone is moving in with you, or you are moving in together
- A flatmate is moving out
- You wish to report an admission to a hospital or care home
- You wish to register the birth of your child
- You are getting divorced
- Your child, aged 27 or over, is starting or finishing their studies
- You are going to study or undertake a course of study
- You are staying abroad temporarily (for example, on holiday or visiting family)
- You wish to re-register after a holiday or a stay abroad
- You are registering a vehicle in your name
- You wish to change your account number
- You have been issued with a new residence permit or have applied for one from the IND

Authorisation to provide information by telephone
This authorisation allows you to authorise someone else (a family member, an acquaintance or an organisation, other than an administrator) to request information by telephone from Apeldoorn Municipal Council regarding employment, income and debts.
Please complete the form together with the person you wish to authorise. Both you and the authorised person must sign the form. The authorisation is valid for 1 year. You may, of course, revoke the authorisation at any time.
Does your income vary from month to month? If so, please send us a income form showing your salary details. We will top up your income to the social assistance level. You can submit details of your income to us either online or on paper.
