Add an annex

In some cases, it is possible to add an extra small dwelling (annexe) to your plot on a permanent basis.

• Only for existing land-use designations ‘Residential’, ‘Agricultural’ or ‘Commercial’
• Up to 65 m²
• The annexe is part of the main house;
• Permitted only under specific conditions
