Would you like to build an additional property on your plot? You can do so by subdividing the plot.
Land subdivision to allow for additional housing development
Within built-up areas:
- At least 300 m² for a new detached house
- At least 250 m² per dwelling in a new semi-detached house
- A private access road to the public highway is required
Outside built-up areas:
- The plot must be at least 1,000 m²
- Following subdivision, a minimum of 500 m² per dwelling
- A maximum of one additional detached house is permitted
- Access to the public highway is via the single exit
