Area-based approach for Garderen, Elspeet, Uddel and Speuld
The Noord Veluwe region faces a number of challenges, such as nitrogen pollution, changes in agriculture, climate change, biodiversity and housing development. These challenges are often interlinked and are being tackled through various strategies and programmes. The villages of Garderen, Elspeet, Uddel and Speuld (GEUS) are joining forces and working together on a new plan for this area. Collaboration between local authorities, residents, businesses, research institutions and civil society organisations is central to this plan.
