Fuite Bakery
Fuite Bakery will be leaving Apeldoorn in 2027 and will continue part of its production in Hardinxveld-Giessendam. Work is currently underway to develop a new residential area on the current site.
Around 250 flats are to be built at this site. The development is being carried out by Ontwikkelingsmaatschappij Apeldoorn (OMA).
During the first information evening on 15 July 2026, the initial conceptual designs were presented to local residents and other interested parties. These plans provide an initial impression of how the area might be developed and form the basis for the further development of the project.
