Proposal to clear a number of first-class graves for reallocation at Soerenseweg Cemetery

This concerns: 1st class, nos. 360 and 361.

The graves in question are marked with a sign and a red sticker.

Failure to notify the cemetery administration of any change of address, and failure to have the grave transferred within one year of the death of the previous holder of the grave rights, may result in the grave rights lapsing. The local authority wishes to give interested parties the opportunity to rectify any omissions and prevent the removal of graves.

We intend, pursuant to Article 20(3) of the 2018 Cemeteries Management Regulations, to declare all rights to these graves to have lapsed.

One year after the date of this publication, these graves may be reallocated.
