On Zodiak Avenue, we are offering 6 pitches for sale, ranging in size from approximately 272 to approximately 360 m². Once a planning permission has been granted, a mobile home or caravan may be built or installed on these plots. These plots have been developed by the local council with the aim of providing additional accommodation for mobile home residents.
Due to the expected level of interest, allocation will be determined by a draw. The Perlot Notary’s Office will organise the draw.
Interested parties may submit their fully completed application forms at the notary’s office at Regentesselaan 13, Apeldoorn, during opening hours from Monday 6 January 2025 to Friday 10 January 2025. In accordance with the policy framework for caravan dwellers, priority will be given to registered applicants from Apeldoorn seeking a pitch.
You must be physically present for this and will receive a certificate of registration afterwards. You must be able to provide proof of identity to the notary when registering.
