Zuidbroek

Zuidbroek is a new neighbourhood, situated on the north-eastern outskirts of Apeldoorn, and has developed into a spacious and lively family neighbourhood.

What makes Zuidbroek truly special is its abundance of greenery and open space. Park Zuidbroek forms the green heart of the neighbourhood, and there is also plenty of nature to be found within the residential areas themselves. Registration

We determine the order of allocation by drawing lots. The notary firm Blankhart & Bronkhorst Netwerk Notarissen is responsible for the draw for these plots.
Registration opens on Monday 7 September 2026 at 8.30 am and ends with Friday 11 September 2026 at 12.00.
Anyone interested can submit the registration form to Blankhart and Bronkhorst Netwerk Notarissen at Wolterbeeklaan 3, Beekbergen. This can be done from Monday to Thursday between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm. And on Fridays from 8.30 am to 12.00 pm.

The allocation of the plots is subject to the provisions set out in the sales procedure, the draft purchase agreement and other conditions (including the regulations set out in the Environmental Plan and aesthetic requirements). By registering, you confirm that you have read and agree to these conditions.
