With a personal care budget (PCB), you can arrange your own support or assistance. You choose who helps you, when and how. The money is not paid into your own bank account. The Social Insurance Bank (SVB) Your care provider will pay for this on your behalf. Are you receiving a personal care budget (PCB) for an aid?
