Smoke-free generation
Everyone knows that smoking is bad for your health. And they also know that it is difficult to give up. That is why it is important that we ensure children and young people are exposed to smoking as little as possible. We are doing our best to prevent children and young people from taking up smoking. The government’s aim is for children to grow up without any exposure to smoke, for no children or pregnant women to smoke, and for no more than 5% of adults to smoke.
