Please get in touch if:
- you find yourself bogged down in rules or procedures relating to care, income or support
- if you are unable to reach a solution with a healthcare professional or a local authority staff member
- if you are worried about your own situation or that of someone else
- if you feel that something isn’t quite right
If you’re unsure, please get in touch. We’d be happy to help you find a solution.
Are you, or someone close to you, receiving care and do you have some doubts about it? For example, because the care isn’t up to standard or because the rules aren’t being followed?
Please report this to the Social Services Helpline. You can also report it anonymously. We will listen to your story and discuss with you the best course of action.
You can contact the Social Services Helpline via:
- email: meldpuntsociaal@apeldoorn.nl
- Telephone: 14 055 (ask for the Social Services Helpline)
Once you have reported the issue, we will assess what needs to be done. Sometimes we can help you straight away. Sometimes we will investigate the situation or refer it to the appropriate organisation.
Would you like to know how the local authority monitors care provision and what happens when concerns are raised? If so, read more on the page about healthcare supervision.
Would you prefer to share your report with another organisation? If so, please submit your report via Report Crime Anonymously. As the name suggests, reports made to ‘Report Crime Anonymously’ are always handled anonymously and forwarded anonymously to the appropriate authority.
