To do this, please use the registration form on the webpage. This form must be submitted by 12 noon on 11 September 2026 at the latest to the notary’s office Blankhart & Bronkhorst Netwerk Notarissen, Wolterbeeklaan 3, 7361 ZD, Beekbergen.
Please note: you must be able to provide proof of identity to the notary when registering. Once you have registered, the notary will issue you with a certificate of registration showing your registration number.
No, registrations submitted by any other means (for example, by email) are not valid and will be disregarded.
Forms submitted after 12.00 on 11 September 2026 will be deemed not to have been received. The risk of late receipt, for whatever reason, lies entirely with the tenderer. Only fully completed, signed and timely received tender forms are valid.

Yes. On the application form for the detached houses, please indicate which plot is your first choice and, if applicable, which other plots you would prefer. Allocations will be made on the basis of this information.

Please complete the registration form for the semi-detached house together with your co-builder. On the form, you can both register for your preferred plot, either the left or the right one.
No. A maximum of one registration form may be submitted per person, per married couple or per cohabiting couple.
Applicants who intend to live together as a household are regarded as a single applicant and may not apply separately. Even if applicants live at different addresses at the time of application but intend to live together in the new property to be built, only one joint application form may be submitted.
No, there is no charge for registration.

Upon registration, all applicants are assigned a number by the notary. This number is stated on your registration certificate.
When the notary draws your number, you will be allocated your first-choice plot, subject to availability. If this is no longer available, you will be allocated the next available plot of your choice.
If all the preferred plots have already been allocated, you will be placed on the reserve list in the order determined by the draw.

No. To ensure a fair draw, the notary conducts the draw and draws up an official report of the draw afterwards.
If you are selected in the draw, you will be notified and a booking interview will be arranged.
During this meeting, the booking will be confirmed for four months, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, and important next steps will be discussed.
If you are not selected in the draw, you will be placed on the reserve list.
If a successful applicant decides not to take up a plot, the next applicant on the reserve list will be contacted.

You will be notified by email following the draw.
This email will tell you whether you have been selected in the draw or what position you have been given on the reserve list.

After the first booking period, you have three options:
The booking will be converted into a paid booking.
The cost is 5% of the plot price on an annual basis. If, for example, you opt for a two-month extension, you will pay 2/12 of 5% of the plot price.
When you purchase the lot, these costs will be deducted from the lot price. If you cancel the lot, the viewing fees paid will not be refunded.
If you wish to proceed with the purchase, the local authority will draw up a contract of sale for you.
If you decide not to proceed with the purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. No explanation is required.
You will then be required to pay the local authority a fee of €300. You will receive an invoice for this.
The sale is final once the contract of sale has been signed and any conditions have been met.
Yes. As the buyer, you are free to choose a solicitor for the transfer of ownership.
